These plans are customized to you goals, whether you choose to just do the workouts at home, or if you want to do it at a nearby gym. If you choose to do it at a nearby gym, I will take a trip to that gym and get an idea of what the gym has so I can tailor your workouts each month. You also will realize that each month, things will be different just as if I was training you one on one. Your reps, sets, tempo, cardio, etc will be different each month so we can make sure we reach your goals. You also will meet with me for monthly measurements, weigh-ins, and a free one on one session if you are near by.If not you will be held accountable through pictures and reporting your measurements .All this plus nutrition guidance tailored to you.
