Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.If you live to far away or are schedules are conflicting you also have the option of training with me online.
Training method that fits You!
The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or work out on the machines. In this type of training situation, I do not see himself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You run 5 miles, I will run 5 miles. That’s how easy it is. You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. If both are schedule are just too conflicting or you live in another state but you still want some direction, you may want to go with the 30 day workout and nutrition guidance.
Nutritional Counseling comes with all of my packages however there are two choices .I can customize your meal plain or you can choose the meal delivery option.
